Your order

When you pay, Stripe takes the payment and sends you a receipt. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is shown before you pay.

Personalisation and artwork

You're responsible for checking the spelling and details you give us; we make them exactly as supplied. If you send a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline designs that we can't make well or that we believe infringe someone else's rights, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

The products

Pieces are 3D printed in PLA or PETG. Colours on screen are a guide, and each print can vary slightly. PLA softens with heat, so keep items away from radiators, dishwashers and strong direct sun.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See Delivery and returns. Personalised items are made to your specification and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Liability

If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
