What we collect

When you order: your name, email, delivery address and the personalisation you choose. When you send a custom request or artwork: what you put in the form, and any file you upload.

How it's used

Only to make and deliver your order, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell or share your details, and we won't send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify. Visitor statistics are counted by Plausible Analytics. Orders are posted with Royal Mail.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn't set any cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back; that's needed for the shop to work, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings. Stripe's payment page uses its own essential cookies to keep payments secure and prevent fraud.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service based in the EU. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't collect personal data or follow you across other websites. It tells us things like which pages are popular, which website or campaign sent visitors here, the type of device and the country, only as totals. It also records when an order is completed and its value, without any details of who placed it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Custom request messages and artwork are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing densiandesign@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
