Made to order

Every piece is printed after you order it. Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Route map plaques and custom designs start with a preview for you to approve; they are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your approval. QR business cards get a digital proof within 24 hours and ship 5 working days after you approve it.

UK delivery

Everything goes by Royal Mail 2nd Class. UK delivery is free on orders of £25 or more. Below that there's one delivery charge per order: £1.55 for most orders, £1.80 if your order includes a key holder or a route map plaque.

This website delivers to UK addresses only. Ordering from outside the UK? Our Etsy shop ships to most countries.

Check your spelling

Personalised pieces are cut exactly as you type them, capitals included. Spotted a mistake? Email densiandesign@gmail.com the same day and it will be fixed before printing.

Returns

Personalised items

Items made to your specification (anything with your letters, name, text, route or artwork) can't be returned for a change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Items without personalisation

The Coffee Pod Holster and the Scandi Tree Key Holder can be returned for any reason. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. You'll get a full refund of the item price within 14 days of us receiving it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or wrong?

Email a photo to densiandesign@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and Sam will send a replacement, or a refund if you prefer.
